David Hopkins: Dave, tell us a bit more about your experience with ETOPS, otherwise known as extended twin operations.

Dave Bridgens: Thank you Dave, I'm glad to. ETOPS is one of the most difficult things that an airline will ever get involved in other than the initial certification itself.

We've had the experience of dealing with four different airlines, helping them achieve ETOPS and with four different aircraft model types. ETOPS is one of the most significant operations in my opinion and one of the greatest cost saving opportunities an airline can get involved in. We certainly have the experience and the know how to take all the short cuts, to work with experienced people and we know the right folks at the FAA to assist in getting this done in an efficient manner.
