Jack Graef: Been There, Done That
Jack Graef describes how ATBD has added value to an Airline
Amber: Jack, how have you helped ATBD add value
to an airline?
Jack: We've had a number of customers or clients where we
were able to assist them in the acquisition of purchase agreements, purchased
airplanes, or leased airplanes.
Two examples would be in the case of a leased airplane, we were able to level
the return conditions to be roughly comparable to the delivery conditions and
not far in excess of the delivery conditions, which would have been costly to
the customer.
Another example in the case of a purchase agreement we were able to impose
penalties for delivery delays that would otherwise be non-excusable delays
and with compensation to the customer for such a delay.
